GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 July 2015
on the declaration of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
Declaration of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
(1) The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague
1. Yellow cannil,
2. Madonna of Veveri,
3. Engelbert Seige's Astronomical Clock,
4. Set of two Renaissance sextants: sextant Jost Bürgi and sextant Erasma Habermel;
(b) in the Central Bohemian Region
Old Boloslav palladium;
(c) in South Bohemia
1. Altar wings from Roudík,
2. The Scouting Cycle;
(d) in the Hradec Králové Region
Shallots jewelry box.
(2) The names, the numbers in the register of the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic, the characteristics and the permanent location of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Conditions for the protection of national cultural monuments
In order to ensure the protection of the national cultural monuments declared by this Regulation, the following conditions are laid down:
(a) the renewal must be carried out in accordance with the results of current scientific knowledge and with a view to the permanent preservation of the material nature and appearance of the national cultural monument;
(b) the use and activities directly linked thereto must not jeopardise the preservation and development of educational functions of the national cultural monument.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
