amending Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on Staff Accident Insurance, as amended, and other related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll.
In Article 365 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll., the number "9 'is replaced by" 4'.
Amendment to Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll.
In Part Sixty First Article LXX of Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 463 / 2012 Coll., the words "and with the exception of Article XLIII points 1 to 3, which become effective on 1 January 2015 'are deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.
Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., on the stabilisation of public budgets, as amended by Act No. 2 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 282 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 292 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 329 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 463 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 340 / 2013 Coll., and Legislative Act No. 344 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Part One, Article I, point 4 is deleted;
2. In Part 52nd of Article LXXXI, point 1, at the end of point (e), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (f) is deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on the day of its publication, with the exception of Part Three, Article III, which shall take effect on 1 January 2015.
