of 29 May 2003
amending Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In § 57b of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 134 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2002 Coll., paragraph 1 including footnotes No. 12a), 12b) and 12c) read:
"(1) Schools set up by the Church or a religious society registered under the special legislation 12a) (hereinafter referred to as" church schools ") are church primary schools, church primary art schools, church special schools, church secondary schools, church higher vocational schools, church centres of practical teaching and church teaching centres; Church schools are schools under this Act, its provisions apply to them with the exception of Sections 6 (5), 10, 10a, 11a, 18, 19 (5), 22 (3), 29 (2), 30 (3), 43, 53 to 57, 58 (b) and 63 (6) and 7. Church schools included in the network of pre-school institutions, schools and schools are legal persons. 12b) The same applies to preschool and school establishments (12c) established by a church or religious society registered under a special law. 12a)
12a) Act No. 3 / 2002 Coll., on the freedom of religion and the status of churches and religious societies and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Churches and Religious Societies), as amended by the Constitutional Court found in No. 4 / 2003 Coll.
12b) § 18 (2) (d) of the Civil Code.
12c) Act No. 76 / 1978 Coll., on school establishments, as amended. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
