GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 April 2002
fixing preferential customs duties on imports of fish and fish products originating in the European Union
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 56 (2) and 57 (1) (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
The goods listed in the Annex to this Regulation, originating in the European Union, shall be subject to the duty at the preferential customs rates set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION MEANS GOODS WHICH COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THE INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT (1)
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in the Customs Tariff shall not apply to the goods defined in Section 1 and under the conditions defined here.2)
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2002.
