repealing Decree of the Ministry of Culture No. 52 / 2000 Coll., determining the regional jurisdiction of the recipients of the regional compulsory copy of the periodical print
The Ministry of Culture provides, pursuant to Article 8 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Law Act No. 9 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 103 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 239 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll.:
Decree No. 52 / 2000 Coll., determining the regional jurisdiction of the recipients of a regional compulsory copy of the periodical print, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
