amending and supplementing the Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 192 / 1988 Coll., on poisons and certain other harmful health substances
The Government of the Czech Republic orders pursuant to § 4 paragraphs 3 and 4 and § 82 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 192 / 1988 Coll., on poisons and certain other harmful health substances, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 28 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) For the treatment of patients they are issued in pharmacies of the narcotic drugs listed in Group I of the List of Narcotic Substances, products containing narcotic substances listed in Group I of the List of Narcotic Substances, psychotropic substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances to medical devices for special applications and individual patients for recipes with a blue stripe overprint. '
2. Paragraph 29, including the title, reads:
Treatment of narcotic substances and psychotropic substances in veterinary organisations
Veterinary practitioners shall prescribe narcotic substances listed in Group I of the List of Narcotic Substances, products containing narcotic substances listed in Group I of the List of Narcotic Substances, psychotropic substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances and products containing psychotropic substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances for Animals Treated in Veterinary Organisations for Special Requests and for Animals Treated Outside Veterinary Organisations for Recipes Prescribed in Blue Stripe. '
3. In Paragraph 30 (1), the words "accurate records' are replaced by the words" records referred to in paragraph 2 '.
4. Paragraph 37 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and preparations must be stored in the organisations that manufacture them in lockable separate rooms or in metal boxes and secured against alienation."
5. In Paragraph 37, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) In other organisations and establishments handling narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and preparations, the following shall be stored:
(a) narcotic substances included in Group I and Group II of the List of Narcotic Substances, Products containing Narcotic Substances listed in Group I of the List of Narcotic Substances, Psychotropic Substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances listed in Group II of the List of Psychotropic Substances in Locking Separate Rooms or in Metal Boxes and Secured against Stealth;
(b) preparations containing narcotic substances listed in Group II of the List of Narcotic Substances, psychotropic substances listed in Group III and IV of the List of Psychotropic Substances and preparations containing psychotropic substances listed in Group III and IV of the List of Psychotropic Substances in Locking Separate Rooms or Metal Boxes, or otherwise appropriately protected against theft. "
6. The list of psychotropic substances set out in Annex 4 is added as follows:
(a) The following shall be added to Group III:
| „Buprenorfin | buprenorphinum | 21-cyklopropyl-7-(S)-1-hydro-1, 2, 2,-trimethyl propyl-6, 14-endo-ethano-6, 7, 8, 14-tetrahydrooripavin“. |
(b) The following shall be added to Group IV:
| „Pemolin | pemolinum | 5-fenyl-2-imino-4-oxazolidinon“. |
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
