amending Decree No. 70 / 1982 Coll., on the exemption of certain types of commercial goods from import duties
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides, pursuant to Article 44 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1, the words "by the end of 1982 'are replaced by the words" by 30 June 1983'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1983.
