on the prosecution of crimes against the State.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The offences against the State are prosecuted throughout the state territory under the Law of 19 March 1923, No. 50 Coll., for the protection of the Republic, as amended by the laws amending it and supplementing it, issued before 30 September 1938 (hereinafter referred to as the Law on the Protection of the Republic), before the courts established under the Law of 4 April 1935, No. 68 Coll., on the Supreme Courts as State Courts, after the case to other courts responsible for criminal proceedings under the Law on the Protection of the Republic.
(1) Offences against a State committed before the date on which this Law takes effect shall also be prosecuted under the laws referred to in Article 1, unless the proceedings for such offences have already been terminated in force.
(2) The final judgments delivered by the Czechoslovak courts pursuant to the Law of 26 November 1940, No 320 of the SLA, on criminal offences against the State, are seen as having been delivered under the Law on the Protection of the Republic.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
