amending the Act of 15 May 1946, No 135 Coll., on tax and pension (pension) amnesty.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The period until which taxpayers and persons who have committed a crime may meet the conditions for achieving amnesty pursuant to § 2, § 2, § 2 and § 3 of the Act of 15 May 1946, § 135 Coll., on the tax and pension (pension) amnesty shall end on the 30th day from the date of the entry into force of the Act of 15 May 1946, § 134 Coll., on the levy on property gains and on the levy on property.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
