GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 June 2013
amending Government Regulation No 197 / 2003 Coll., on Waste Management Plan of the Czech Republic, as amended by Government Regulation No 473 / 2009 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 42 (4) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the Amendment of Certain Other Acts, as amended by Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 154 / 2010 Coll.:
In Article 1 of Decree No. 197 / 2003 Coll., on the Waste Management Plan of the Czech Republic, the words "for a period of 10 years from the date of entry into force of this Regulation 'are replaced by the words" until 31 December 2014'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2013.
