THE LAW
of 3 May 1990
repealing the College of the National Security College
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
National Security College is hereby repealed.
The legal consequences of the abolition of the College of National Security, including the study conditions of students of its faculties, are regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic.
They shall be deleted:
1. legal action by the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 107 / 1973 Coll., on the College of the National Security Corps,
2. § 88, 89, 90 of Act No. 39 / 1980 Coll., on Higher Education,
3rd Decree of the Government No. 141 / 1985 Coll., on the change of the seat of the Faculty of National Border Protection of the National Security College,
4. Regulation No 5 of the Minister of Interior of 25 July 1988 implementing certain provisions of Act No. 39 / 1980 Coll., on Higher Education (Reg. in the amount of 29 / 1988 Coll.),
5th Government Resolution of 8 May 1974 No 115 on the establishment of the Faculty of the National Security College (Reg. 11 / 1974 Coll.).
This Act shall take effect on 31 July 1990.
