The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, pursuant to § 44 (2) of Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll., provides for the Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 117 / 1983 Coll.:
Decree No. 51 / 1986 Coll., implementing the Customs Act, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 40 (5) (a), the amount "300 CZK 'is replaced by the amount" 500 CZK'.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 November 1988.
