DECLARATION
Minister for Finance
of 5 December 1960
determining the amount of the State contribution to cooperative housing construction started in 1961
The Minister of Finance, after consulting the Regional National Committees and the participating central offices and authorities, provides, pursuant to § 16 (1) of Act No. 27 / 1959 Coll., on cooperative housing construction:
(1) The average State contribution pursuant to § 7 (1) and (2) of Decree of the Minister of Finance No 94 / 1959 Ú. l, on the financing, lending and control of cooperative and corporate housing construction, as amended by Decree of the Minister of Finance No 47 / 1960 Coll., for 1 apartment in cooperative housing construction started in 1961, is determined as 18800 Kčs. *)
(2) The State contribution referred to in paragraph 1 shall be graduated by the Regional National Committee according to the size of the living area or the number of living rooms as a rule as follows:

(3) The Regional National Committees may, however, step up the State contribution according to the size of the residential area or the number of residential rooms and in any other way than those referred to in paragraph 2, provided that the interests of the management of the housing policy in the county so require, or step up it in more detail, and lay down the conditions for granting the contribution at a certain level.
(4) The Regional National Committees shall comply with the average amount of the State contribution of 18 800 KKS per cooperative apartment within the region in order to step up the State contribution referred to in paragraph 2 or 3.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
