on the fee relief for regulating the legal situation of transporters, immigrants and certain other persons.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 4.
(2) If the instrument of loan granted to persons referred to in § 1 or guaranteed by the State or the Constitution has been exempted from the fee under this Act, the cancellation of the claim for such loan shall be exempt even if it is issued after 30 June 1949.
§ 5.
This Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication and shall cease to apply, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 4 (2), on 30 June 1950, but the Government may, by regulation, extend its effectiveness; It shall be carried out by the Finance and Interior Ministers.
