amending Decree No 341 / 2014 Coll., on the approval of technical competence and on technical conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 63 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 52 / 2020 Coll., ("Act ') for the implementation of Article 16 (9):
In Annex No 1 to Decree No 341 / 2014 Coll., on the approval of technical competence and on technical conditions for the operation of road vehicles, as amended by Decree No 206 / 2018 Coll., the text "2018 / 849 'is replaced by the text" 2020 / 363'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
