amending Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll., laying down a model of the electronic form for the application for a decision on the obligation to carry out the transaction and the technical details of its use
Pursuant to Section 150 (5) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 310 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 247 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., to implement Section 129 (2) of the Act on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 378 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll., laying down the model of the electronic form for the application for a decision on the obligation to carry out the transaction and the technical details of its use, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The size of the data file containing the form, including all attached attachments, shall be such as to enable an electronic submission of a maximum aggregate size of 20 MB. ';
2. Paragraph 2 (5) is deleted.
3. the Annex shall read as follows:
"Annex to Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll.
Model of the electronic form of the application for a decision of a dispute pursuant to Article 129 (1) of the Act relating to the obligation of a participant or user to carry out cash
"
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
