THE LAW
of 23 July 2014
amending Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 189 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 77 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 102 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 144 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 175 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 134 / 2011 Coll.
1. In Section 36a, "2014 'is replaced by" 2019'.
2. In Paragraph 64, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) No appeal or review of this decision by the Ministry of Transport in the review proceedings pursuant to Articles 23b (2), 31 (2), 34g (3), 38 (3) and (5), 50 (2), 50 (3) (c), 51 (3) (c), 51 (4) (h) to (j), 51 (5) (e) to (g), 52 (3) (d) and 52 (7) is admissible.
(3) Submission of an action against the operative part of the decision of the arbitration administration in proceedings under Articles 50 (2), 50 (3) (c), 51 (3) (c), 51 (4) (h) to (j), 51 (5) (e) to (g), 52 (3) (d) and 52 (7) has suspensory effect. The Tribunal shall decide on the application in accordance with the first sentence within 90 days. '.
Transitional provision
Proceedings pursuant to § 23b (2), § 31 (2), § 34g (3), § 38 (3) and (5), § 50 (3) (c), § 51 (2), § 51 (3) (c), § 51 (4) (h) to (j), § 51 (5) (e) to (g), § 52 (3) (d) and § 52 (7) initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be completed in accordance with Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
