amending Act No. 382 / 2009 Coll., on a state bond programme for the partial reimbursement of costs associated with the elimination of the damage caused by floods in June and July 2009
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 382 / 2009 Coll., on a state bond programme for partial reimbursement of costs associated with the elimination of the consequences of floods and floods in June and July 2009, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the law, the words "and in 2010 'shall be added at the end of the title of the law.
2. In Article 1, the words "and in 2010 'shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 1.
3. In Paragraph 1 (2), "CZK 7,000 000 'is replaced by" CZK 10 000 000 000 000'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
