GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 June 1996
laying down provisional customs measures
The Government orders the implementation of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 35 / 1993 Coll.:
For subheading 0701 9090 - other tariff potatoes, no preferential conventional rate of duty shall apply until 31 August 1996 where potatoes classified under this subheading originate in the European Communities and their Member States.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
