State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 17 November 1989
amending Decree No 91 / 1981 Coll., laying down the basic conditions for the supply of vegetables and fruit between internal trade organisations and for industrial processing
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on the basis of proposals by the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the Slovak Socialist Republic and after consultation with the central authorities involved, pursuant to § 392 (2) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., in the full version published under No. 80 / 1989 Coll.:
The Decree of the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 91 / 1981 Coll., issuing the basic conditions for the supply of vegetables and fruit between the organisations of internal trade and for industrial processing, is amended as follows:
1. The words "and for industrial processing 'shall be deleted from the title of the Order.
2. in Paragraph 1 (1), point (b) shall be deleted;
3. In Article 3 (1), the words "and Article 16 (1) 'are deleted.
4. Section 5 is deleted.
5. In Article 6, paragraph 1 is deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted with the words "and 17"; the numbering of paragraphs shall be deleted at the same time. From the heading under Section 6, the words "Verification of implementation and."
6. § 7 is deleted.
Section 7, Section 8 is deleted.
8. Article 12 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The organisation shall agree on who it shall authorise to submit an assessment of the quality and differences in the quantity delivered."
footnote 2 is deleted.
9. Paragraph 12 (3) of the first sentence reads: "In the event of the absence of the supplier when the delivery is completed, the customer is obliged to make a notification of differences in the condition indicated by the supplier in the accompanying documents and of defects by telephone, telegraph or telex."
10. Part Three is deleted. Notes 3 and 4 are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
