amending and supplementing Decree No 162 / 1980 Coll., on the financing of the reproduction of basic funds
The Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 391 (1) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 37 / 1971 Coll., supplemented by Act No. 144 / 1975 Coll. and by Act No. 165 / 1982 Coll. and the President of the Czechoslovak State Bank pursuant to § 7 (5) (d) of the Act No. 144 / 1970 Coll., provides:
Decree No. 162 / 1980 Coll., on the financing of the reproduction of basic funds, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 14 (1) (b) adds the following text: "A supernormative allocation may be increased by an additional allocation from the export material stimulus fund of 25% of the total planned profit allocation by normatics, the total amount of the supernormative allocation to the development fund in this case being no more than 50% of the total planned profit allocation by normatics; ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1983.
