DECLARATION
of 14 January 2025
amending Decree No 273 / 2021 Coll., on the details of waste management, as amended, and other related Regulations in the field of waste management
The Ministry of the Environment shall determine pursuant to § 9 (7), § 18 (6), § 63 (6) (b), (c) and (d), § 94 (2), § 95 (7) (c) and (d) of Act No. 541 / 2020 Coll., on waste, and § 50 (6), § 51 (7), § 69 (5) (b), § 108 (3) (c) and § 109 (7) (d) of Act No. 542 / 2020 Coll., on end-of life products:
Amendment of the Waste Details Order
Decree No 273 / 2021 Coll., on the details of waste management, as amended by Decree No 78 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No 445 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 26 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the word "under 'is replaced by" to the extent'.
2. In Paragraph 27 (4), the word "municipality 'is inserted after the words" annual report'.
3. In Article 27 (7), the words "with the exception of equipment for mechanical treatment, sorting and sorting of waste from construction and demolition waste 'are replaced by the words" which receive municipal waste, packaging waste or waste resulting from their treatment,';
4. In the first sentence of Paragraph 41 (3), "Part 'is replaced by" Annex' and in the second sentence, "Interim 'is replaced by" this'.
5. In Article 49, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 need not be complied with if the operator of an establishment which processes animal by-products or derived products not intended for human consumption fulfils the obligations arising from the directly applicable animal by-products Regulation (27), the directly applicable health rules for animal by-products and derived products29) and the authorisation of the Regional Veterinary Administration under the Veterinary Code (31).

6. In Paragraph 50, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) An establishment which processes animal by-products or derived products which are not intended for human consumption shall be considered to be certified in terms of hygiene efficiency if it complies with the requirements of the directly applicable animal by-products Regulation (27), the directly applicable health rules for animal by-products and derived products29) and the authorisation of the regional veterinary administration under the veterinary legislation. ';
7. In Paragraph 83 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, "2024 'is replaced by" 2027' and the words "and other wastes of the same materials' are inserted after the words" demolition waste '.
8. in Paragraph 83 (2) (a) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, "01 01 01, 01 01 02, 01 04 08, 01 04 09, 01 04 13," and "terrain" are added after the word "numbers," and "catalogue number 10 13 14," and "catalogue number 19 12 12," as regards concrete obtained from group 4 waste electrical equipment as referred to in Annex 1 to the End-of-Life Act (32). "

9. in Paragraph 83 (2) (c):
"(c) the harmful substance content in the dry matter shall not exceed the maximum permitted values as set out in column II of Table 5.1 of Annex 5 to this Regulation, provided that the zinc, barium and beryllium content is not monitored, and ';
10. In Annex 5, the following is inserted after Table 5.2:
"Note:
Where the value of the RL (dissolved substance) indicator is determined, it is not necessary to establish the concentrations of sulphates and chlorides and vice versa. ';
11. In Annex 7, the following row is added at the end of Table 7.1:

14. In Annex No 12, point 1, of the introductory part of the provision, the word "to be provided 'is replaced by the word" to be transmitted'.
15. in Annex 12 (1) (b):
"(b) the catalogue number of the waste, the category and, in the case of hazardous waste, the information on its hazardous properties, the identification sheet of the hazardous waste, the copy thereof or the data necessary for the processing of the hazardous waste identification sheet, and, in the case of Group 19 waste originating in Groups 20 and 15 01 and 17, according to the Waste Catalogs intended for transmission to a mechanical treatment plant, such as a sorting or finishing line, the weight of the waste transferred from each of those Groups, or the percentage of origin of each of these groups and the total weight of Group 19 waste; in the case of repeated shipments of waste, such information on the origin of the waste may be transmitted electronically, ';
16. In Annex 12, point 2, of the introductory part of the provisions, the words "and (b) 'are replaced by the words" to (c)'.

Explanatory notes:
Sheet 1 - Identification
Reporting year - the year for which the information is provided shall be reported.
Furthermore, the data necessary for the reporting of summary records are identified. If the information is also required to be provided in the interim waste register, this is stated in the explanatory note.
SO ORP / SOP code - the code of the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope, the municipal authority of which checks and processes the reports, or the administrative district of the capital of Prague with transferred scope, which carries out the reporting and processing checks.
Zero reporting - "Yes' shall be reported if the waste facility has not managed waste and has not interrupted operations throughout the previous calendar year.
Identification of the reporting agent (producer of waste / operator of the installation / dealer of the waste) - the identification data of the producer / operator of the installation / operator of the waste related to its premises shall be provided. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
IČO - the identification number of the producer of waste / operator of the installation / dealer of waste shall be provided; if the ICO is less than eight digits, it shall be completed from left to zero to the total number of eight seats. Indicate if assigned. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Business name / surname and surname - to be entered in the business register or business register. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Street, No.p., No.o., municipality, postal code - the address details of the producer / operator of the installation / dealer of the waste shall be given. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
SO ORP / SOP code - the code of the administrative district of the municipality with extended operation or administrative district of the capital of Prague with transferred activity in which the producer / operator of the installation / dealer has its registered office.
IČZÚJ - the identification number of the basic territorial unit of the municipality in whose administrative territory the producer / operator of the installation / dealer of the waste is located. The number shall be given according to the single code list of the basic territorial units of the Czech Republic issued by the Czech Statistical Office.
Implementation of the report and contact details - details to be given for the completion of the report and for the person completing the summary report or for the person responsible for keeping the interim record. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Date - the date of completion of the report in DD format shall be indicated. MM. YYYY.
Name and surname - the name and surname of the person completing the summary report or responsible for keeping the interim register. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
E-mail address, telephone - contact details shall be provided per person filling in the summary report or responsible for keeping the interim records. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Note - If necessary, the reporting agent shall make a comment on the reported report, which shall be additional information for the reporting processor. The note shall also be provided in respect of the transmission of waste samples for research purposes.
Event confirmation - if the XN63 code is used in the annual report, the event announcer will document the event by attaching a document with confirmation in pdf format.
Identification of the waste facility (s) / site (s) of waste generation - identification data relating to the waste facility (s) or facility (s) or site of waste generation shall be provided. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Type of report - one of the options under which the report is submitted shall be provided in the context of the summary report:
- An establishment
- Source stock
- Stationary equipment
- Establishment of waste outside the establishment - activity in SO ORP / SOP
- Mobile devices to collect
- Mobile devices to edit / use / remove
- Waste trading
An establishment - a unit at a given address where waste is generated and for which it notifies the originator if it has exceeded the legal reporting limits or produced or handled waste of persistent organic pollutants.
Originator's warehouse - equipment with the exception of an operating permit for which it notifies the originator if it has exceeded the legal reporting limits or produced or handled waste of persistent organic pollutants.
Stationary equipment - ground-based equipment and unable to move independently. An establishment authorised under the law or an establishment with the exception of a permit, that is to say, an establishment listed in Annex 4 to the law, other than an establishment complying with point 12 - a warehouse with the originator.
The generation of waste outside the establishment - activity in SO ORP / SOP - is the generation of waste outside the producer's establishment. The waste generated is registered as the generation of waste in the territory of the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope or administrative district of Prague with transferred scope. In the case where the originator of the other waste generated in a quantity of not more than 20 tonnes from a single place immediately transports it to his appropriate establishment, it is not the generation of waste outside the establishment (activity in SO ORP / SOP) but the generation of waste in that establishment.
Identification number of the establishment (IČP) - to be completed in case of reporting as originator, the identification number of the establishment allocated by the trade office. In case of waste generation outside the premises, the SO ORP / SOP code is filled in from the code lists of administrative districts issued by the Czech Statistical Office. If the establishment does not have an identification number of the establishment and it is not an activity report, the internal number of the establishment chosen by the notifier shall be filled in.
Installation identification number (IČZ) - the identification number of the waste facility allocated by the Regional Authority shall be provided.
Trader identification number (IČOB) - the waste trader's identification number allocated by the Regional Office shall be provided.
Name of establishment - the name of establishment used shall be given.
The municipality reports data on the municipal waste management system - "Yes', if reported on sheet 5 for the municipality, otherwise" No '.
The establishment in the seat - "Yes' shall be indicated if the establishment is located in the seat, otherwise" No 'shall be indicated.
Contractual involvement in the municipal waste management system - if the establishment / establishment has under law a contract with the municipality to participate in the municipal waste management system, for example by using containers for sorting collection or securing the collection of waste, "Yes' shall be entered if it does not have a contract and provides for the management of waste by other means," No 'shall be entered.
Waste involving in the municipal waste management system - the catalogue of waste numbers and waste names according to the Waste Catalogue with which the establishment is involved in the municipal waste management system.
The establishment falls under a small enterprise - "Yes' shall be entered in the case of a small enterprise with a number of under 50 employees according to the classification established by the European Commission. Any entity carrying out an economic activity, irrespective of its legal form, shall be understood as an undertaking.
The establishment falls under a medium-sized enterprise - "Yes' shall be entered in the case of a medium-sized enterprise with a number of 50 to 250 employees according to the classification established by the European Commission. Any entity carrying out an economic activity, irrespective of its legal form, shall be understood as an undertaking.
The establishment carries out a consumption activity - "Yes' shall be indicated if the undertaking carries out at least one of the following activities.
The activity shall be marked:
- Hotel, restaurant, catering
- Business
- Office
- School
- Services sector
- Public sector, public buildings
- Hospital, social, health services
Type of installation - the classification from the Information System of the Waste Management MRU (ISOH) of the installation register by the Regional Authority shall be provided. Data added from the ISOH Register of equipment.
BAT-AELs for emissions to air Data added from the ISOH Register of equipment.
Authorisation and permitted activities - whether it is a waste facility under Section 21 (2) of the Act, Section 21 (3) of Annex 4 to the Act or Section 64 (2) of the Act. In addition, any regional authority authorised activities in a waste facility as listed in Annex 2 to the Act shall be indicated. The data are added from the ISOH Register of equipment.
An integrated permit has been issued for an installation - "Yes' is to be stated if an integrated permit has been issued for a waste facility under Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, on an Integrated Pollution Register and on the amendment of certain laws (" Integrated Prevention Act '), as amended.
PID (IPPC device code) - to be given according to the device identification in the integrated MRU prevention information system. Device identifier in 12-digit code format consisting of MZP and numbers.
Equipment supported by OPRU (latest OP) - "Yes' is given, if the equipment has been financially supported by the Operational Programme Environment in the last period, this means the last period declared by OPRU. It shall be indicated annually without any link to the specific year in which the aid was granted.
Type of activity in SO ORP / SOP territory - one of the activities offered shall be indicated.

Have you produced or managed waste containing persistent organic substances under Annex IV to Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1021 of the European Parliament and of the Council? - "Yes" shall be indicated if the notifier produces or processes such waste, or "No" if he does not have such waste.
Street, No.p., No.o., municipality, postal code - the address details shall be given where the waste facility or stationary facility or establishment at the premises of the waste dealer is located. In the case of a mobile waste collection device, the address details of the operator's seat from the ISOH Register of equipment shall be provided. In the case of waste generated outside the premises, the address data SO ORP / SOP shall be provided. In the case of mobile waste treatment / recovery / disposal facilities, address data SO ORP / SOP shall be provided. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
SO ORP / SOP code - the code of the administrative district of the municipality with extended operation or administrative district of the capital city of Prague with transferred activity in which the establishment or stationary waste management facility or mobile waste treatment / recovery / disposal facility is located. In the case of mobile waste collection and recovery devices, the SO ORP / SOP code of the operator's seat from the ISOH Register of equipment shall be indicated. In the case of waste generated outside the premises, the SO ORP / SOP code where the waste is generated shall be given. In the case of a waste trader, the SO ORP / SOP code of its registered office shall be indicated. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
IČZÚJ - the identification number of the basic territorial unit of the municipality corresponding to the given address data shall be provided. It is given according to the single code list of the basic territorial units of the Czech Republic issued by the Czech Statistical Office.
Sheet 2 - Summary data
Order number - the serial number of the registration (generation, take-over, loading, handover) shall be given for the species or sub-species of waste. The date of the registration shall also appear in the interim register in addition to the serial number.
Classification of waste
Catalogue number of waste - the catalogue number of the type of waste shall be given according to the Waste Catalogue. In the case of a sub-species of waste, the catalogue number of the sub-species of waste shall be provided according to the Waste Catalogue. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Category of waste - the categories of waste shall be reported in accordance with the classification procedure under the law and the Waste Catalogue. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Name of type of waste - the name of type of waste shall be given according to the Waste Catalogue. For wastes ending in "99 - wastes not otherwise specified ', a detailed description of the waste, such as the technical or commonly used name, shall be provided. In case of a sub-species of waste, the name of the sub-species of waste shall be given according to the Waste Catalogue. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Quantity of waste - the weight of the species, if applicable, of the sub-species of waste in tonnes to a maximum of six decimal places. The sum of the aggregate quantities indicated in the column "Total (+) 'shall be equal to the sum of the aggregate quantities by registration code, including the balance of the waste at 31 December of the reporting year, as indicated in the column" Of which by registration code (-)'. For sludge from waste water treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as "COV '), the quantity shall be indicated in the original state. Data on quantities are also provided in the interim waste records.
Total (+) - the aggregate quantity of waste generated, taken over, transferred from last year shall be reported on a separate line for each species or sub-type of waste. An indication of the quantity is also given in the interim waste register.
Of which according to the registration code (-) - of which weight of waste processed and transmitted. Processing means modification, recovery or disposal. On a separate line, for each species or subspecies of waste, the aggregate quantity shall be indicated according to the registration code. An indication of the quantity is also given in the interim waste register.
Waste records
Registration code - the registration code for waste production, take-over, disposal, transfer of waste according to the law and table 1 of this decree. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Partner (transferor / transferee) - details of the person transferring / receiving the waste shall be provided. Data shall be provided on the facility of the partner or waste facility or on the waste dealer. The installation identification number or the waste dealer identification number shall be provided. In other cases, the identification number of the establishment shall be provided. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Enter the IČO - identification number of the natural person undertaking or legal person who took over the waste. The trade name / name and surname as recorded in the trade or trade register shall be indicated. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
In the case of waste taken over outside the premises, the code of the relevant SO ORP / SOP according to the place where the waste is generated, the type of activity at the place of the name, the address and IČZUJ of the municipality SO ORP / SOP according to the place where the waste is generated. In the case of the receipt of waste or end-of-life product which is not taken back from a non-operating natural person, the name and the ICSE of the municipality in whose territory the waste was or has been transferred to the end-of-life product shall be indicated. In the case of imports, exports or cross-border shipments of waste, the abbreviated State code and the name of the State of import, export or cross-border transport shall be indicated. The correct state code is always used when the code according to ČSN EN ISO 3166-1 Codes for the names of countries and parts thereof - Part 1: Country codes are used. The information is also given in the framework of the interim waste register.
Certificate number - the number of the certificate of the exclusion of hazardous waste properties issued by the authorising officer for the assessment of hazardous waste properties shall be given.
Where a person needs to do so in order to carry out other duties, the person in the interim record may also attach other data which he needs for the transmission of information on waste or processing of the basic description or performance of other reporting obligations (particularly for waste from group 19 of the Waste Catalogue, a record of the origin of waste from group "20 ', sub-group" 15 01' and group "17 'of the Waste Catalogue).

The above waste accounting codes shall be used in the interim and annual waste reporting.
The production of waste within the territory is determined by the sum of the accounting codes:
A00 + A10 + A20 + A30 + A60
The production of waste by the producer of waste is determined by the sum of the accounting codes: A00 + A60.
Where X is entered in the registration code, X = A for own waste, X = B for waste taken over, X = C for waste taken from stocks from the previous year.
In addition, for the use of accounting codes for recovery, disposal, treatment and storage of waste, the following applies: XY, where X = A for own waste, X = B for waste taken over, X = C for waste taken from stocks from the previous year. Y = code of recovery, disposal, treatment and storage of waste as set out in Annexes 5 and 6 to the Act and registration code as set out in Annex 13 to this Decree.
Amount of waste (+) / (-) refers to columns Quantity (+) and Quantity (-) Tables 1 and columns Total (+) of which according to the registration code (-) of sheet 2. The symbol (+) means that the waste is increasing, i.e. that the waste is generated or received or transferred from last year, (-) means that the waste is decreasing, i.e. that the waste is transferred, modified, recycled, recovered, disposed of or disposed of at the end of the year.
In addition, a balanced ABC balance on (+) and (-) must be maintained.
The partner "Yes" means that the partner must be included in the continuous record and annual waste report.
Partner "No" means no partner.
The partner shall not be reported when end-use, modification or disposal codes are used.
In case of use of code XN63 in the annual report, the announcer will document the event by attaching a document (confirmation, registration, protocol of the Police of the Czech Republic, Fire Department of the Czech Republic, etc.) or an honest statement in pdf format.
Explanatory notes
Sheet 3 - Details of sludge composition
IČO - the installation operator identification number shall be provided; if the ICO is less than eight digits, it shall be completed from left to zero to the total number of eight seats.
IČZ / IČP - the establishment identification number or establishment identification number shall be provided.
IČZÚJ - the identification number of the basic territorial unit of the municipality in whose administrative territory the establishment / establishment is located. The number shall be given according to the single code list of the basic territorial units of the Czech Republic issued by the Czech Statistical Office.
Waste (sludge) - These are wastes 19 08 05, 02 02 04, 02 03 05, 02 04 03, 02 05 02, 02 06 03, 02 07 05. Catalogue numbers of the type of waste (sludge) shall be provided according to the Waste Catalogue which is processed in technology or equipment.
Type of entity - one type of:
1. An operator of the ČOV who makes the treatment of sludge pursuant to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act.
2. An operator of the ČOV who does not make a sludge treatment pursuant to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act.
3. Operator of sludge treatment plant pursuant to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act.
4. An operator of a sludge treatment plant which does not make a sludge treatment pursuant to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act.
5. Operator of the sludge storage facility for use on agricultural land.
6. The operator of the establishment for the collection, storage, treatment, recovery or disposal of sludge not intended for use on agricultural land.
7. The operator of the establishment for the use of treated sludge on agricultural land - farmer.
Ad 1. An operator of the ČOV, which makes the treatment of sludge according to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act - the operator of the ČOV performs the hygiene of sludge, which is a condition for the use of sludge on agricultural land. It is not a waste facility under the law. The operator of the CSO shall not be designated as an operator of the CSO, which is operated as a waste treatment facility for sludge treatment pursuant to Section 67 (1) of the Act.
Ad 2. ČOV operator who does not make a sludge treatment under § 67 (1) (b) of the Act - the ČOV operator does not hygiene sludge because he does not pass sludges for use on agricultural land. Where hygiene is carried out, it is for a different purpose of disposal than for use on agricultural land. It is not a waste facility under the law.
Ad 3. The operator of the sludge treatment plant pursuant to Section 67 (1) (b) of the Act - it is a waste facility under the law that carries out the hygiene of sludge, which is a condition for the use of sludge on agricultural land.
Ad 4. The operator of a sludge treatment plant which does not make the sludge treatment provided for in Section 67 (1) (b) of the Act - it is a waste facility under the law that does not make sludge hygiene before being used on agricultural land. Where hygiene is carried out, it is for a different purpose of disposal than for use on agricultural land.
Ad 5. The operator of a sludge storage facility under the law, which will then be passed on to agricultural land - a waste facility which is passed on to farmers for use on agricultural land.
Ad 6. The operator of an establishment for the collection, storage, treatment or disposal of sludge not intended for use on agricultural land - it is a waste facility in accordance with the law, which has the authority to adopt a hygienic or non-hygienic sludge intended for disposal other than for use on agricultural land e.g. composting plant, biogas station.
Ad 7. The operator of the establishment for the use of treated sludge on agricultural land (farmer) is a farmer using treated sludge on agricultural land, including temporary storage.
Entities 5, 6 and 7 do not complete the data on the sludge on sheet 3.
Dry sludge - the figure is filled in only by the producer of sludge. The producer of sludge shall complete the indication of% of the dry matter of the sludge in case of use other than on agricultural land. In the case of sludge intended for use other than on agricultural land, only this indication shall be completed.
The average annual value of the composition of the treated sludge shall be determined as a proportion of the sum of the values of the indicators monitored per year and the number of analyses per indicator per year. These values will be filled in by the CSO operator or by the operator of the sludge treatment plant that makes the sludge treatment according to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act.
The data referred to in Annex No 28 - shall be completed by the ČOV operator or the operator of the sludge treatment plant using the microbiological criteria for treated sludge listed in Annex No 28 to this Decree. In this case, "Yes' shall be entered, otherwise it shall not be completed.
Microbiological indicators - to be completed by the operator of the ČOV or by the operator of the sludge treatment plant, which makes the sludge treatment according to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act. If analyses have been carried out for the indicator micro-organism Enterococci, indicate "Yes', otherwise it is not completed. If analyses have been carried out for the indicator micro-organism Escherichia coli, indicate" Yes', otherwise it is not completed.
Enterococci - the range of values obtained from the analyses carried out in the reporting year, i.e. the minimum value - the maximum value. These values shall be filled in by the CSO operator or by the sludger operator, which shall perform the sludge treatment according to Article 67 (1) (b) of the Act, provided that he has carried out analyses for the indicator micro-organism Enterococci.
Escherichia coli - the range of values obtained from analyses carried out in the reporting year, i.e. the minimum value - the maximum value shall be given. These values shall be filled in by the ČOV operator or by the operator of the sludge treatment plant which makes the sludge treatment in accordance with Section 67 (1) (b) of the Act, provided that it has carried out analyses for the indicator micro-organism Escherichia coli.
Termotolerant coliform bacteria - specify the range of values obtained from the analyses carried out in the reporting year, i.e. the minimum value - the maximum value. These values shall be completed by the CSO or the sludge treatment plant operator, which shall perform the sludge treatment according to Section 67 (1) (b) of the Act, provided that it has carried out analyses for the indicator micro-organism of termotolerant coliform bacteria.
Salmonella spp. - give positive or negative presence of Salmonella. These values shall be completed by the ČOV operator or by the operator of the sludge treatment plant, which makes the sludge treatment according to § 67 (1) (b) of the Act, resulting in the formation of sludge category I.
Explanatory notes
Sheet 4 - Data on the status of the reserve created and the spare capacity of the landfill:
IČO - the installation operator identification number shall be provided; if the ICO is less than eight digits, it shall be completed from left to zero to the total number of eight seats.
IČZ - the identification number of the waste facility shall be provided.
IČZÚJ - the identification number of the basic territorial unit of the municipality in whose administrative territory the waste facility is located. The number shall be given according to the single code list of the basic territorial units of the Czech Republic issued by the Czech Statistical Office.
Type of landfill - whether it is a single or multi-group landfill. Single-group landfill - to be given in the column "Label 'of the landfill group (S-IO, S-OO or S-NO). Multi-group landfill - in this case, the columns" Markings' and "Free capacity 'are filled into separate rows for each sector of the landfill. In the column" Markings', the group of landfills (S-IO, S-OO or S-NO) shall be indicated.
The spare capacity of the landfill (m3, t) - the difference between the volume of the total projected capacity and the volume of all waste stored in the landfill since the start of operations, the status applicable on 31 December of the reporting year. The conversion of the waste received into landfills from cubic metres per tonne shall be done by means of the data collected from the monitoring of the landfill according to ČSN 83 8036 Landfill - Landfill monitoring. The capacity figure shall be given to the nearest integer.
The state of the financial reserve at 31 December of the reported year - the state of the financial reserve in CZK, supported by a bank account statement.
A copy of the bank account statement with a financial reserve - an extract of a bank account with a financial reserve of the landfill operator in a format according to the Ministry's transmission standard published on the public administration portal in pdf format.
Fees paid for the disposal of waste at the landfill - the total, aggregate amount paid for the disposal of waste at the landfill in the reported year in CZK.
Explanatory notes:
Unless otherwise stated, the data are related to the end of the reporting year, i.e. to 31.12.2012.
List 5 is sent by the municipality only once, as part of the annual reporting of the summary data from the interim register (Annex 13), in which the municipality reports data on the municipal waste management system.

Number of inhabitants participating in the municipal system - the number of inhabitants involved in the municipal system. The number of inhabitants participating in the municipal system is in% calculated by the information system.
Number of originators (IČO) contractually involved in the municipal system - the number of natural persons engaged and legal persons shall be given by written contract with the municipality involved in the municipal system.
