on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, § 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to § 1 (3), § 6 and 12 of the Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Resources and on the Amendment of Certain Laws, as amended, has issued a Price Decision No 9 / 2018 amending the Price Decision ERO No. 3 / 2018 of 25 September 2018 on Aid for Supported Energy Sources.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 9 / 2018 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 19 December 2018, amounting to 12. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The price decision was taken on 1 January 2019.
