GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 76 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for implementing organic farming measures, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll., and under § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 76 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for the implementation of organic farming measures, as amended by Government Regulation No. 113 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 64 / 2016 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 236 / 2016 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 15 (1), the words "on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture 'are replaced by the words" No 147 / 2002 Coll., on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture, as amended'.
2. in Article 15 (2) (b), the introductory part of the provision reads: "only the production area of the part of the soil block, including the area on which the planting is situated, shall be indicated in the application for subsidy."
3. In Article 15 (2) (b) (2), the part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, is deleted.
4. in Articles 15 (2) (c) and 15 (3) (b), the words "part concerned" are replaced by the words "part production area."
5. in Article 15 (3) (a):
"(a) indicate in the subsidy application only the production area of the part of the soil block, including the area on which the planting of the minimum density of viable individuals per hectare of production area is situated, for fruit trees 100 viable individuals or for fruit bushes 1 000 viable individuals, during the period from the date of receipt of the application for the subsidy until 31 December of the relevant calendar year,"
6. Paragraph 15 (5) is deleted.
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 5.
7. in Article 17 (e), the words "or shrubs" shall be deleted;
Transitional provision
Proceedings on applications for grants initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No. 76 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation and not final until that date, shall be completed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 76 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2017.
