DECLARATION

of 14 January 2016

on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Kanyk Mountain and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of a national natural monument

(1) The National Natural Monument of the Kanyk Mountains (hereinafter referred to as the "National Natural Monument") is announced.

(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:

(a) forest ecosystems of beech, rubble, wetland and meadow forests;

(b) the biotope of the community of nesting forest species of birds, in particular the pigeon of the lair (Columba oenas) and the small leeway (Figula parva), including the populations of those birds; and

forming the object of the protection of the national natural heritage.

(3) The national natural landmark is situated in the territory of the Pardubice Region, in the cadastral territories of Lower Originals, Javorka, Kubik's Oaks, the Originals of the Upper, Třemůnice nad Doubrava. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(4) The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the territory of the Pardubice Region, in the cadastral territories of Javorka, Kubik's Oaks, the beginnings of the Upper, Třiměnice nad Doubrava. The boundaries of the national natural monument protection zone shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns, as they follow, is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

(5) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) permit or carry out construction or permit or make changes to completed buildings or changes to buildings before they are completed or placed on the premises of buildings, advertising and information equipment;

(d) design or characterise cycling routes or tourist routes;

(e) permit or carry out geological work linked to the earth's surface;

(f) carry out mining work in the forests between 1 March and 31 July each year;

(g) organise and organise public sports, tourism or other mass events;

(h) to establish new feeding facilities or slanisks; or

(i) to feed or bait animals outside the feeding establishment.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2016.
