On 14 November 2006, the Constitutional Court decided on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior of Mgr. František Bublan to repeal Article 3 (2), Article 3 (3) (d), Article 3 (3) (d) and Article 3 (4) in Section II of the generally binding Decree of the City of Ostroa No 2 / 2002 on the treatment of municipal waste, in plenary, in plenary, in plenary of the President of the Court of Justice of Pavel Rychett and Judges of the Františt.
as follows:
Article 3 (2), Article 3 (3) (d) and Article 3 (4) in Section II of the generally binding Order of the City of Ostrov No 2 / 2002 on the management of municipal waste, as amended, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
