amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 130 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, other participating central bodies and the Czech Trade Union Council and after consulting the Czech Committee of the Association of Cooperative Farmers pursuant to § 172 paragraph 7 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 150 / 1979 Coll., and under § 50 of the Czech National Council Act No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security:
The Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 130 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security, as amended by Decree No. 4 / 1982 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 35, the amount of 200 CZK is replaced by 300 CZK and in the second sentence the words "or orphans' are deleted.
2. the following paragraph 4 is added to Article 38:
"(4) The district national committee shall, upon request, grant to citizens with severe limb disabilities an adjustment of the motor vehicle to manual control under the conditions laid down in paragraph 1 equal to the full price of the adjustment. The provisions of paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis. ';
3. In Paragraph 98 (2), the amount of 500 CZK is replaced by 1000 CZK.
This decree shall take effect on 1 February 1982.
