on the skirt of the Bahamas Community, Fiji, Lesotho Kingdom, Naussian Republic, Swaziland Kingdom and Tonga Kingdom to the Treaty between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on Legal Assistance in Civil Matters of 11 November 1924 and the Additional Convention on Civil Procedure between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of 15 February 1935
The Treaty between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on Legal Assistance in Civil Matters of 11 November 1924 (No 70 / 1926 Coll. and N.) and the Additional Convention on Civil Procedure between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, dated 15 February 1935 (No 178 / 1935 Coll. and N.), which was extended on the basis of Article 14 of the Treaty on Legal Assistance and Article 9 of the Additional Convention on the Bahamas, Bastiliski, Nauru, Swaziland Tong as a former part of the British Empire (No 152 / 1938 Coll. and n.), has been in force since 4 October 1966, since 31 January 1968, the Kingdom of Swazillion since 6 September 1968, and the Kingdom of Tong, since 4 July 1970.

- by exchange of a letter from Minister of Foreign Affairs Fiji dated 20 October 1971, a note from the High Commissioner for Fiji in London dated 29 January 1973 and a note from the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in London dated 13 November 1972 and 4 November 1974,
- by exchange of a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Lesotho and the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in London of 19 February 1973 and 25 October 1974,
- by exchange of notes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Naussia and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic dated 23 August 1978 and 13 March 1979,
- by exchange of a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in Lusaka dated 2 September 1970 and 5 March 1971,
- by exchange of a letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Tonga and a note from the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in London dated 6 June 1973 and 14 November 1974,
are stored in the archive of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This amends the relevant provisions of Decree No. 152 / 1938 of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Justice
