opening a border crossing at the Czechoslovak-Polish state border Krnov - Pietrowice
The exchange of notes between the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Embassy of the People's Republic of Poland in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic of 27 November 1973 was agreed to establish a road border crossing point at the Czechoslovak-Polish state borders of Krnov - Pietrowice for the carriage of citizens of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the Polish People's Republic, the People's Republic of Bulgaria, the People's Republic of Hungary, the German Democratic Republic, the Romanian Socialist Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics for small border traffic with the exercise of common passport and customs control.
It was also agreed that Annex 1 The Arrangement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of Poland on cooperation in the exercise of control in rail and road traffic across national borders, signed in Prague on 8 July 1971, is supplemented by the following:
