DECLARATION
Minister for Justice
of 22 March 1966
determining the jurisdiction of courts in transport criminal matters in the district of the capital city of Prague
The Minister of Justice provides, pursuant to § 33 (2) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges:
Criminal cases from the district of the National Committee of the City of Prague against offenders of offences committed by road, rail, air or navigation traffic violations,
except for the offence of drunkenness under Section 201 of Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., where the offender is not prosecuted for another offence committed by violation of those rules,
Handles the District Court for Prague 1.
(1) This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1966.
(2) In cases brought before that date by the courts, local jurisdiction shall be governed by existing rules.
