Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management
of 16 February 1961
laying down the basic conditions for the supply of machine calculus carried out by machinery stations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in agreement with the State Office of Statistics and after approval by the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 192 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
The basic conditions for the supply of machinery works laid down in Decree No. 139 / 1959 of the State Office of Statistics No. 1 / 1959 Ú. l. shall also apply to the supply of machinery works in the field of mechanisation of planning, accounting and calculation work carried out by the machinery stations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water (as suppliers) for other budgetary and economic organisations under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water, managed by that Ministry or by national committees (as customers).
This Decree shall take effect on 23 February 1961.
