on the calling of alternate Members.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Paragraph 44 of Act No. 75 / 1948 Coll., on elections to the National Assembly, as amended by Act No. 204 / 1948 Coll., is amended and read:
Replacement boarding.
(1) If the mandate is vacant, the Ministry of the Interior shall, on a proposal from the electoral group, invite an alternate from the persons listed on its candidate lists in the same electoral area.
(2) If he is not an alternate member of the same electoral group, the mandate shall remain vacant until the end of the term.
(3) The Ministry of the Interior shall declare the occupation of an alternate on the official list and issue an authorised certificate to enter the National Assembly. "
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with participating members of the Government.
