Law on the working conditions of persons entering the presence service

on the working conditions of the persons coming to the present service.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
The employment conditions of the employees of the incoming presentative service or military training of the members of the replacement reserve shall be maintained and the provisions of the Act of 31 March 1925, No 61 Coll., on the maintenance of the working (service) conditions for the duration of the training in arms (service), with the exception of the provisions of Sections 2, 1, 4, 2 and 5, third and fourth sentences.
§ 2.
(1) Staff members are not entitled to leave at the time when they carry out the service (military training); However, the period of military service (military training) shall be counted against the period applicable to the entitlement to leave and its area.
(2) The introduction of a military service (military training) is without prejudice to the entitlement to a 1945 leave; if such leave could not be fully used until the presentation service (military training) is started, it shall be paid in cash, if any.
§ 3.
The staff referred to in § 1 shall be entitled to a service (military training) in addition to the salary (salary) to which they are entitled under the applicable regulations or arrangements for one week.
§ 4.
The regulations and arrangements for employees are more unaffected.
§ 5.
This Act shall take effect on 1 October 1945; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministers involved.
