amending Decree No. 39 / 2012 Coll., on Dispensary Care, as amended by Decree No. 318 / 2016 Coll.
According to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on Health Services and Conditions of Provision of Health Services (Health Services Act), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 5 (3) (b) of the Health Services Act:
In the Annex to Decree No. 39 / 2012 Coll., on Dispensary Care, as amended by Decree No. 318 / 2016 Coll., the following row 03 is added at the end of the entry "Provider in pneumology and ftizeology ':
| „03 | Osoby po prodělaném nebo suspektně prodělaném onemocnění COVID-19 se závažnými přetrvávajícími následky trvajícími více než 12 týdnů“. |
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
