DECLARATION
of 23 May 2012
amending Decree No. 325 / 2004 Coll., to implement the hop protection law
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 97 / 1996 Coll., on the Protection of Hops, as amended by Act No. 68 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 322 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 325 / 2004 Coll., implementing the hop protection law, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 4 (1) (a):
"(a) a label comprising the designation of the Czech Republic, the Central Control and Examination Institute of Agricultural, the variety of hops, the hop region or the hop position, the cadastral territory of the municipality in which the hops were grown, the vintage year, the serial number of the hops packaging and the barcode,"
2. in Paragraph 4 (2) (b) (1) and (2):
"1. the label shall be glued over the twine on the flat surface of the head of the prism which connects the folded edges of the packaging material so that the label must be broken when the prism is opened;
2. the label is also a seal. ';
3. in Annexes No 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, the words "Permanent Culture Department - Hops Department" shall be replaced by the words "Section of Plant Production";
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
