The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 23 August 1994 on a proposal by the Regional Office in Olomouc to repeal the Olomouc Decree of 13 March 1991 on the conditions for the sale, distribution and operation of articles of a pornographic and erotic nature in Olomouc
as follows:
The Order of the City of Olomouc on the modification of the conditions for the sale, distribution and operation of articles of a pornographic and erotic nature in Olomouc of 13 March 1991 is hereby repealed with effect from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
