DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 11 November 1988
amending and supplementing Decree No. 41 / 1985 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll.:
Decree No. 41 / 1985 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (4) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) goods acquired abroad by Czechoslovak natural persons and imported to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose of carrying out their authorised economic activity in the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (1), with the exception of goods imported for sale or for the preparation of food and beverages, (1a) where such goods have been obtained abroad by a gift or their value does not exceed the value of the foreign exchange funds allocated or abroad in a lawful manner which can be used by Czechoslovak natural persons under the applicable rules for the purchase of goods."
2. in Paragraph 1 (1) (b) (1), the amount "1000 CZK," shall be replaced by "500 CZK,"
3. Paragraph 1 (1) (c) shall delete the words "if their total value is more than 300 CZK."
4. in Paragraph 1 (2) (b) (1) (aa), "1000 Kčs," is replaced by "500 Kčs,"
(5) Paragraph 7 (1) (a) (2) shall be deleted.
6. The following Section 16a is inserted after Section 16:
Lists of matters which are prohibited from the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic or whose export is subject to authorisation under Annexes 1 and 2 to the Order are posted at all border crossing points in the respective language mutations. '
7. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Cases for which authorisation is required for export [Paragraph 1 (1) (c) and § 1 (2) (b) (1) (cc) of the Order]:
1. food products not listed in Annex 2
2. knitted top dressing for adults
3. artificial silk lining
4. Bed linen
5. feathers and down products
6. leather gloves and gaiters made of natural leather
7th tents
8. rubber-textile couches and inflatable boats
9. sporting goods of all kinds, including fishing
10. ball weapons (including sporting air weapons), hunting shotgun weapons, special expansion devices and ammunition *)
11. colour television receivers
12. radio receivers and combinations thereof
13. tape recorders, record recorders
14. electric refrigerator
15. electrical appliances for heating and heating water
16. small electrical appliances rotating and thermal (e.g. coffee machines, mixers, robots, remoks, etc.)
17. lamps including crystal chandeliers
18. Gas appliances
19 stoves and stoves for solid fuel
20. enamelled baths, boilers, talons and buckets
21. Craft and economic tools and tools including electrical
22. enamelled and aluminium dishes
23. sanitary ware (closets, washbasins, bidets, etc.)
24th automatic washing machine
25. vacuum cleaners
26. wooden barrels
27. coatings and thinners
28. medical thermometers
29. apiculture needs
30. storage meters
31. insert and padlocks
32. glass siphon and whipped cream bottles
33. knitting machines. "
8. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Goods whose export is prohibited (Section 7 (1) of the Decree):
1. durable meat products and specialities
2. condensed milk sweetened and unsweetened, including tube
3. spices
4. coffee and tea
5. dry fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, grated coconut, raisins)
6. cocoa and cocoa drinks
7. composites of southern fruits, citrus concentrates and juices
8. Fish cans imported from NSZ
9. artificial sweeteners
10. goods personal hygiene and toilets
11. babies' and children's clothing of all kinds
12. knitted and crocheted linen of woven fabrics
13. leather and fur articles of natural materials
14. footwear of all kinds
15. knitting yarn
16. hosiery goods including hosiery pants
17th baby diapers
18. articles of gold and silver
19. Tyres, billets, galus and soul
20. cars, motorcycles, mopeds and spare parts
21. bicycles and spare parts for bicycles
22. sewing machines and spare parts for sewing machines
23. water installation, electrical installation and gas installation material
24th fittings including spare parts
25. refrigerators and freezers (double door)
26. electric stoves
27. article and plate radiators
28. typewriters
29. electric and petrol lawnmowers
30. commercial porcelain and hot glass
31. personal computers including accessories
32. video tape recorders
33. Negative films Equicolor and Fomacolor
34th roof coverings
35. sawn wood and building wood
36. sewer pipes
37. ceramic tiles and tiles
38. windows and doors
39. cement and lime
40th asphalt insulating strip
41. metallurgical materials
42. meat grinders and fruit presses
43rd detergent

45. products imported from non-socialist states and SFRJ '.
9. Annex 3 is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 November 1988.
