extending the effectiveness of Decree No. 173 / 1973 Coll., on the purchase of timber from the forest
The Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the participating central authorities of the state administration, provides, pursuant to § 55 paragraph 1 of Act No. 166 / 1960 Coll., on Forests and Forestry (Forest Act):
The effectiveness of the provisions of the Decree of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 173 / 1973 Coll., on the purchase of timber from the forest which regulates relations between socialist organisations is extended until 31 December 1977.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1976.
