Order of the Minister for Transport
of 25 June 1949
concerning the concession of the street trolleybus track in Jihlava.
Under Section 10, paragraph 2 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare the following concession document:
(1) The Ministry of Transport, as a railway administration, grants, in agreement with the ministries of national defence and finance, pursuant to § 162 (1) of the Railway Act of the West Moravian Power Plant, a concession to build and operate a street trolleybus track (hereinafter the "railway") in Jihlava consisting of the following lines:
a) a two-stop line from the main station to Masaryk Square,
(b) a two-stop line, diverting in km 1,7 / 8 of the line referred to in (a), running at a length of 2,8 km by the inner city and reclining in km 2,6 / 7 into the line referred to in (a);
(c) a one-stop line, diverting in km 2,9 of the line referred to in (b) and leading for a length of 2,4 km along the road to the Old Mountains.
(2) This runway shall be built, maintained and operated as a small road for the public transport of persons, baggage and accompanying small animals.
The runway shall be built until 31 December 1950.
The concessionaire shall, when building and operating the runway, take care of the legal provisions, in particular the Railway Act, as well as the regulations and decisions issued pursuant to them, in particular this concession instrument and the concession conditions (Section 7).
The concession is granted until 31 December 2038.
The concession for the construction and operation of the electric street track on the break-up of a narrow, awarded to the city of Jihlava pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of Railways of 15 September 1909, No 146 of the Zhr., is deleted.
The Czechoslovak State waives the right of idea and the right of redemption to the runway.
The detailed provisions for the implementation of this concession note shall be issued by the Ministry of Transport as the Railway Administration as concession conditions.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
