on the applicability of the rules of infreedom to direct taxation.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Paragraph 1, 3 and 4 of the Act of 2 October 1946, No. 195 Coll., on the applicability of the rules of the period of infreedom, apply to the field of direct taxation, beginning in 1946.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
