on the appearance, size and color of the table with the prohibition of shooting military objects, spaces and equipment
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to § 44b (1) of Act No. 222 / 1999 Coll., on securing the defence of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 2025 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree regulates the appearance, size and colour of the "PROHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHATION 'table (" the table').
Table form
(1) The table is 210 x 297 mm.
(2) In the top half of the table there is a pictogram showing the camera in the sign. The camera is in black colour and the mark is red.
(3) In the bottom half of the table is the inscription "PROHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHATION" in white on a red base of 16 mm font size.
(4) The form of the table is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
