on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree 2010, concluded on 5 March 2009 between the Trade Union of Workers of Agriculture and Nutrition - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE: Level 1, Code A Agriculture, Forestry, Forestry.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
