amending Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll., Criminal Act, as amended, and Act No. 216 / 2002 Coll., on the Protection of the State Borders of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws (Act on the Protection of State Borders), as amended, Act No. 481 / 2004 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the State Border Protection Act
In Article 4 (2) (b) of Act No. 216 / 2002 Coll., on the Protection of State Borders of the Czech Republic and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Law on the Protection of State Borders), the words "Illegal Crossing of State Borders' are replaced by" Organising and Allowing Illegal Crossing of State Borders'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
