amending Act No 283 / 2002 Coll., on a state bond programme to cover expenses associated with the deployment of the 6th Field Hospital to Afghanistan
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 283 / 2002 Coll., on a state bond programme to cover expenses associated with the deployment of the 6th Field Hospital to Afghanistan, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "and with the sending of the battalion of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Army of the Czech Republic to the Operation Permanent Freedom and its involvement in any set of international measures to enforce the fulfilment of relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions related to the disarmament of the Republic of Iraq on the condition that the United Nations mandate exists' are added.
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "with the application of CZK 430 000 000 to cover expenses associated with the deployment of the 6th Field Hospital to Afghanistan and CZK 170 000 000 to cover part of the expenses associated with the deployment of the battalion of the Czech Army of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection in Operation Permanent Freedom and its involvement in a possible set of international measures to enforce the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions related to the disarmament of the Republic of Iraq under the conditions of the United Nations mandate '.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
