GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 June 2000
amending Government Regulation No 318 / 1999 Coll., on the issue of customs duties and fixing the rates of import duty applicable to goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions governing their application (Customs Tariff)
The Government mandates pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (d) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
In Annex 2 to Decree-Law No 318 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the issue of customs duties and the fixing of import duty rates for goods originating in developing and least-developed countries and the conditions for their application (tariff rate rate), the words "of which," ', "- 1 quarter: 1667,6 t'," - 2 quarter: 1667,6 t ', "- 3 quarter: 1667,6 t' and" - 4 quarter: 1667,6 t 'shall be deleted in the column of the tariff tariff quota.
The quantity of goods to which the import duty rate of 10% applies shall be fixed as the difference between the total annual amount of the conventional tariff quota for the importation of yoghurt and the quantity of goods placed under this tariff quota under the customs procedure for free circulation from 1 January 2000 until the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
