DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 13 July 1998
amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended, and under § 35 (2) (a) of Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll., on Higher Education:
Decree No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. In § 3 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 3,000" is replaced by "CZK 3,800."
2. in § 3 (1) (b) the amount "CZK 3,500" is replaced by "CZK 4,300";
A scholarship of an amount in accordance with this Order shall be granted to scholarships already in the calendar month in which the Order becomes effective.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
