DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 1 December 1989
to issue explanatory notes to the customs tariff of commercial goods
In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 41 (3) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
Customs Tariff of Commercial Goods
(1) The explanatory notes set out in the Annex to this Decre.2)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) Ordinance of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 228 / 1988 Coll., on the issue of the Customs Tariff of Commercial Goods.
2) The Explanatory Notes to the Tariff of Commercial Goods shall be published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws.
