DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Communications
of 30 December 1975
amending Decree No. 13 / 1974 Coll. issuing the Radio and Television Regulations
The Federal Ministry of Communications in agreement with the Czechoslovak Radio and Czechoslovak Television in connection with the improvement of the pension system, as is apparent in particular by Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, provides, pursuant to § 8 (4) of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications:
Decree No. 13 / 1974 Coll., issuing the Radio and Television Regulations, is amended as follows:
1. Article 9 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) For partial exemption, a radio fee of 5, - Kčs, TV fee of 15, - Kčs shall be paid. Partial exemptions may be granted to participants:
(a) single pensioners whose pension, together with other net income, does not exceed 8400, - Cčs per year;
(b) to spouses, at least one of whom is a pensioner, if the sum of their pensions and other net income does not exceed 15600 per year, - CZK.
2. Paragraph 9 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Income within the meaning of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security (i.e. educational, increase in pension for helplessness, additional social security contributions, work income from an activity that does not last for more than 60 days in a calendar year, income from a pensioner or his family member over 70 years of age) shall not be included in the amounts applicable for granting total exemption (paragraph 2) or partial exemption (paragraph 3). '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1976.
