Order of the Minister of Justice
of 20 December 1950
determining, for the purposes of determining jurisdiction, what is to be understood for certain legal persons by an organisation of lower management.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders, in an agreement with the ministers concerned pursuant to § 11 (2) of Act No. 142 / 1950 Coll., on Civil Procedure (Civil Code of Procedure):
In determining the general court of the legal entities referred to below, the seat of their lower management shall be decided on the basis of a case which concerns mainly that lower administration. Organistically lower management means:
at the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement, the relevant regional trade union council;
at the Unified Union of Czech Farmers in Prague and Unionné sväzu Slovak Roľníkov in Bratislava competent regional or district secretariat;
at the Czechoslovak municipality of Sokol, the competent regional or district committee of Sokola;
for the Czechoslovak Youth Association, the relevant Regional or Regional Committee;
for the Czechoslovak Union of Women, the relevant Regional or Regional Committee;
for the Union of Freedom Warriors and for the Union of People's Anti-Fascist Warriors, the respective unity, after or after detour;
at the Czechoslovak Red Cross, the competent regional or district office;
the State Bank of Czechoslovakia and the Investment Bank, the National Company, the competent regional institution of those banks in Bratislava, as well as their branch or other monetary institution, entrusted with the task of the branch;
the Central National Insurance Company of Bratislava, as well as the relevant Regional National Insurance Company;
the Czechoslovak State Railways, the National Enterprise, the respective Regional Directorate in Prague, Pilsen, Olomouc or Bratislava and the Exposition in Košice, the relevant Railway Construction Administration;
at the Czechoslovak State Automotive Transport, National Company, Regional Directorate in Bratislava, as well as the relevant regional enterprise, transport plant, shipping plant, workshop plant, supply plant and centre of the working puppy;
at Czechoslovak State Post, National Enterprise, Regional Directorate in Bratislava, as well as the relevant Regional Postal Inspectorate, Regional Communications Administration;
for Czechoslovak state goods, national enterprise, district headquarters in Bratislava, as well as the competent inspector, farm or farm associated with the relevant farm;
in the case of Czechoslovak State Forests, National Company, Regional Directorate in Bratislava, as well as the relevant Regional Inspectorate, the relevant Directorate of Business Facility or branches (Forestry, Construction, Seminar, etc.);
at the Centre for Agriculture Mechanisation, the Regional Directorate in Bratislava, as well as the relevant machinery tractor station;
for Czechoslovak construction plants, national enterprise, regional administration in Bratislava, as well as the respective management of individual plants;
the Czechoslovak insurance company, the national undertaking, the Regional Institute in Bratislava, as well as the relevant branches;
u Central Council of Cooperatives and the Slovak Council of Cooperatives responsible Regional Council of Cooperatives;
u Ústřídí pro šáčování výrobkami, předené společnost s ručení obmezného, a u Družstva pre hospodárenie poľnohodárskymi produkami, družstva s ručení obmedzenem, their respective regional plant;
u Velkoditribuční společnost, enlisted fellowship s ručení obmezenou a u Veľkodzibočný podniku, družstva s o. r., their respective regional administration;
for national enterprises, regional (regional) business administration;
for Biogenes, national enterprise, the relevant management of individual plants;
for Medica, a national enterprise, the competent regional or regional administration of the undertaking or the responsible pharmacist;
the Czech National Section in Prague or the Slovak National Section in Bratislava.
at the Czechoslovak Artists' Association in Prague, the Czech National Section in Prague or the Slovak National Section in Bratislava;
at the Association of Czechoslovak Composers in Prague, the Czech National Section in Prague or the Slovak National Section in Bratislava;
the Protection Union of the Copyright, People's Cooperative in Prague, Slovak sväz the Copyright Association in Bratislava;
at the headquarters of folk and artistic production in Prague his turn in Bratislava.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1951.
