Decree of the Minister for Social Welfare
of 29 August 1946
amending the Decree of 21 December 1945, No 164 Coll., on the districts and residences of the district labour protection authorities and their branches.
The Ministry of Social Welfare provides, in an agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 1, § 2, of 4 June 1945, No. 13 Coll., on the provisional construction of the Labour Protection Offices:
In the districts and locations of the district offices of labour protection and their branches in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, established by Decree of the Minister of Labour Protection and Social Welfare No. 164 / 1945 Coll., the following changes are made:
A. Country of Czech Republic.
1. In the District Office of Labour Protection Chomutov
(a) the branch of the Regional Labour Protection Office of Mount Saint Catherine is deleted;
(b) A branch of the District Office of Labour Protection of Horní Litvínov with jurisdiction for the judicial districts of Hora Saint Catherine (so far the branch of the District Office of Labour Protection of Hora Saint Catherine) and Horní Litvínov (so far the branch of the District Office of Labour Protection of Most) is established.
2. In the district of the District Office of Labour Protection Kolín, the administrative district of Nová Bydžov with the branch of the District Office of Labour Protection in Nový Bydžov is excluded from the district office of Labour Protection in Cologne and is associated with the district office of Labour Protection in Jicin.
3. The following shall be established in the district of Trutnov:
(a) a branch of the District Office of Labour Protection Rokytnice nad Jizerou with jurisdiction for the judicial district of Rokytnice nad Jizerou (so far the branch of the District Office of Labour Protection in Jilemnice);
(b) a branch of the District Office of Labour Protection, with jurisdiction for the District Court (so far the District Office of Labour Protection, Vrchlabí).
4. In the district of Ústí nad Orlicí, a branch of the district office of Labor Protection is established in the district of Lanškroun with jurisdiction for the judicial district of Lanškroun (thus far the direct competence of the district office of Labor Protection in Ústí nad Orlicí).
B. Moravian-Silesian Land.
1. In the District Office of Labour Protection Brno, the District of the District District of Hlobouka is removed from the District of the District Office of Labour Protection Židlochovice and is attached to the District Office of Labour Protection Hustopeč.
2. In the district office of labour protection Český Těšín is excluded from the district district of Fryštát with branches of the district office of labour protection Fryštát (with competence for the judicial district of Fryštát) and Bohumín (with competence for the judicial district of Bohumín) from the district office of labour protection in Český Těšín and is associated with the district office of labour protection in Ostrava.
The administrative district of Nová Byjov is removed from the district of the Labour Inspectorate in Cologne and is associated with the district of the Labour Inspectorate in Mladá Byslav.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
